1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the CompliancePro UAE website or procuring any digital assets from "The Resource Vault," you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not use our services.

2. Scope of Advisory Services

Content provided on this site, including the Unified Compliance Master Manual, the VASP 'Eight Pillars' SOPs, and the EWRA Matrix, constitutes technical regulatory guidance aligned with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. (10) of 2025 and related legislation. It does not constitute formal legal counsel. Operational implementation remains the strict liability of your appointed Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) and Board of Directors.

3. Digital Asset Licensing (The Resource Vault)

Assets procured via The Resource Vault are licensed, not sold. CompliancePro UAE grants your organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable enterprise license for internal use only. Resale, redistribution, or white-labeling of the EWRA Matrix or DNFBP Onboarding Suite is strictly prohibited and violates intellectual property rights.

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall CompliancePro UAE be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our advisory frameworks. While we ensure alignment with CBUAE, CMA, and MoE standards, regulatory outcomes depend entirely on corporate implementation.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the jurisdiction of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
